Main duties:

• Reception of incoming calls from bank clients
Learning and fast assimilation of information

Basic requirements:

• Complete general secondary education
• Ability to communicate politely, work in multitasking mode
• Responsibility and attention to details
• Confident user PC, MS Office or Libre, Google services
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language)

Technical requirements:

• Availability of computer/laptop with Windows 10 OS, minimum Intel Pentium CPU (preferably i3), RAM 6GB+. (Preferably for 1 week of work, after - The bank provides the necessary work equipment)
• Headset (headphones with a microphone)
• Internet at least 70 Mb/sec.
