Customer service specialist (substitute) in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Execution established KPIs
• Replacement as necessary for temporarily absent employees (vacation, sick leave) in various bank branches across the region
• Sales of banking services to clients - individuals
• Permanent calls to clients
• Service and consultation of clients — individuals at the bank branch
• Registration of banking services on the road (at enterprises, organizations)
• Compliance with the requirements of standards and the level of service quality clients
• Implementation of financial monitoring and compliance requirements

Basic requirements:

• Complete general secondary education
• Confident PC and tablet user
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business)

  Would be preferred:

  • Professional pre-university education and higher or in the process of studying at a higher education institution
  • Experience in sales and working with clients
  • Skills of active sales, conducting presentations and working with objections
  • Knowledge of the bank's products, services and services in terms of sales and customer service
