High level of 1C proficiency (SBO/SAP). x years, willingness to work overtime during periods of peak loads. Duties: supporting the sale of plant protection products and basic mineral fertilizers to customers and distributors, communicating with customers - farms and distributors, knowing the terms of supply contracts, additional agreements, collecting and properly storing accompanying documentation, maintaining primary documentation for the sale of goods (processing orders, invoicing for payment, execution of expense invoices), sending requests for delivery / shipment to logisticians, distribution of bank statements, preparation and execution of acts of reconciliation (agriculture / agricultural receipts) work in 2 accounting systems: 1C and SBO work with receivables (sending schedules payments, reconciliations with counterparties, preparation of reconciliation acts, control of credit limits) active participation in the process of closing periods (reconciliation of warehouse balances, accounts receivable) information and coordination support for customers and the regional sales team We offer: long-term official employment under an employment contract paid sick leave 24 calendar days medical insurance, life insurance from the first working day, meal compensation, corporate mob. communication, laptop, English language courses, annual bonus subject to KPI achievement We are waiting for your resume!
