Customer service specialist in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Sales of banking services to clients - individuals according to established KPIs
• Making calls to clients with current offers of the bank
• Service and consultation of clients - individuals in branch of the bank
• Registration of banking services abroad (at enterprises, organizations)
• Adherence to the requirements of standards and the level of quality of customer service
• Fulfillment of requirements regarding financial monitoring and compliance< /li>

Basic requirements:

• Complete general secondary education
• Confident PC and tablet user
• Fluency in Ukrainian (including business)
• /ul>

  Would be an advantage:

  • Professional pre-university education and higher or in the process of studying at a higher education institution
  • Experience in sales and working with clients
  • Skills of active sales, conducting presentations and working with objections
  • Knowledge of the bank's products, services and services in terms of sales and customer service
