We invite you to join the Customer Care Specialist team.

Your area of ​​responsibility:

  • Performs customer support: incoming, outgoing calls, correspondence;
  • Helps customers with job placement;
  • Incoming processing \outgoing calls, chats, e-mails and leads;
  • Prompt response to client requests, with the aim of processing them within the specified time;
  • High-quality and fast processing of requests on all specified channels communication in accordance with established norms (KPI);
  • Providing consulting and other services to clients (assistance in working with the service, assistance in demonstrating the service, solving problems, etc.);
  • High-quality logging (storage) of customer contact data in social media tools (CRM, chat, telephony, etc.), with a clear description of customer situations/needs;
  • Maintenance and maintenance of an up-to-date customer database, recording and updating information about them;
  • Effective communication with other departments of the company;
  • Making suggestions for improving current work processes for cooperation with clients;
  • Preparing and sending commercial proposals to clients (on to the client's incoming request);
  • Work on attracting and registering new customers, studying their needs, consulting on technical and consumer characteristics of services;
  • Making suggestions for improving work processes and programs (СРМ , admin-panel);
  • Creating reports on work performed and to improve work efficiency
