Requirements: higher education, basic higher education (willing to consider final year student) work experience from 1 year confident PC user (MS Office, Google docs, SAP, CRM) attentiveness attention to detail, customer orientation, high level of communication skills, stress resistance. Responsibilities: organization and documentary support of deliveries, tracking of "open" orders, timely notification of delivery dates, tracking of receivables, keeping a register of documents, control of the return of signed documents from customers, signing reconciliations of mutual accounts, timely submission of tax invoices and adjustments for registration.
