Customer service specialist in Karcher

Requirements:

• education - higher, basic higher education (willing to consider a final year student)
• work experience of 1 year or more
• confident PC user (Google docs, CRM, SAP (will be a plus))
• attention to details, customer orientation
• high level of communication skills, stress resistance

Responsibilities:

• organization and documentary support of deliveries
• tracking of "open" orders
• timely information on delivery dates
• tracking of receivables
• maintenance of the register of documents
• control of the return of signed documents from clients
• signing of acts of reconciliation of mutual settlements
• timely submission of tax invoices and corrections for registration
