We are inspired by the agricultural industry and our business is more than just work. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Main duties: communication with customers - distributors and households; knowledge of the terms of supply contracts, additional agreements, collection and proper storage of accompanying documentation; documentation for the sale of goods (order processing, invoicing for payment, issuing invoices), sending requests for delivery/shipment to logisticians; distribution of bank statements, preparation and execution of offsetting acts (agricultural/agrarian receipts); work in 2 accounting systems: 1C and SBO; work with receivables (sending payment schedules, reconciliation with counterparties, preparation of reconciliation acts, control of credit limits); active participation in the process of closing periods (reconciliation of warehouse balances, receivables); information and coordination support for customers and the regional sales team. Requirements: higher education; work experience: from 2 years in customer service, commercial department, purchasing department; 1C, Excel, Outlook - at a high level; skills in working with large volumes of information/primary documents; high speed of processing documents/requests, attention to details; high level of communication skills, self-organization, responsibility. understanding of the specifics of agribusiness. Additional advantages will be: experience in the distribution of pesticides (plant protection products); experience work in the accounting department or in the purchasing department or the sales department of agricultural companies; understanding of the operation of financial instruments: promissory note, agrarian receipt; skills in working with SBO/SAP.
