The following interesting tasks await you:

• Accept calls from bank clients via Internet telephony.
• Help clients with issues of banking services.
• To be the face (and voice!) of a leading bank of Ukraine.

We would like to see the following experience and qualities in you:

• Fluency in Ukrainian language.
• Willingness to learn and develop, the ability to quickly absorb a large amount of information.
• Confident use of a PC (office programs, fast typing).
• Higher/unfinished higher/secondary special education.
