Your tasks:
- quick and professional response to customer inquiries by e-mail or chat, providing accurate and useful information;
- working with negative customer experience (problems, complaints or other requests) and finding ways to resolve them;
- communication with all company departments for optimal and prompt resolution of customer inquiries;
- complaint analysis and providing feedback to the head of the department.
It is important for us:
- experience of working with CRM systems and in the field of customer service from 1 year (will be an advantage);
- knowledge of legal aspects and legislative norms in the field of consumer rights protection;
- ability to effectively solve problems and conflict situations;
- excellent communication skills (oral and written);
- high level of responsibility, result-oriented, systematic, analytical skills.
