Customer Service Specialist in VELYuKS Ukrayina

In connection with the expansion of the staff, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our office in Kyiv.

Tasks:

- Advising customers on the range of products and services of the company;

- Processing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints by phone, e-mail and in social networks;

- Maintaining a customer database and managing their orders.

Requirements:

- Experience in the field of customer service will be a big plus;

- High level of communication and ability to work in a team;

- Good knowledge of Ukrainian and preferably basic English;

- Confident command of a PC.
