What skills are needed:

• Ability to use a smartphone (taking photos of documents, sending files by e-mail, etc.)
• Openness to communication, initiative, responsibility and ability to learn quickly

What needs to be done:

• Advise clients on the terms and benefits of the ATB card from Rife
• Help clients order the card, issue the necessary documents
• Carry out identification and verification of clients and transfer documents to colleagues in the branch
