We are looking for a "Customer Service Specialist"

• Have a higher education (preferably in the electrical engineering field);
• No requirements for work experience;
• Possess competent oral/written communication;
• A confident PC user (Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP ERP - desirable);
• Able to control emotions and mood.

Your main tasks will be:

• Face-to-face customer reception Companies;
• Providing advice to clients within the framework of OSR activities;
• Registration and processing of customer appeals;
• Conclusion and renegotiation of electricity distribution contracts with household customers;
• Formation and delivery of invoices for paid services.
