Customer service specialist in SplendidScore Ukraine

An international company-supplier of building materials is looking for a professional Customer Service Specialist to join its Ukrainian team. 

The main goal of the position is to ensure an effective process of forming and supporting orders, as well as establishing and maintaining long-term partnership relations with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and placement of orders in 1C and SAP systems.
• Extraction of necessary documents (invoices, acts, etc.).
• Coordination of work with forwarders of international transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Cooperation with customs brokers for the organization of customs clearance of imported goods.
• Support of clients at all stages of order fulfillment.
• Maintenance of documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (oral and written communication).
• Sure knowledge and experience work in 1C (placing orders, processing documents).
• Knowledge and experience of working in SAP (creation and support of documents, order management).
• Experience of working with forwarders of international transportation.
< li>Knowledge of procedures for customs clearance of imported goods and interaction with customs brokers.
• High level of organization, responsibility and communication skills.
