About the project:

Zakupivli.pro is the largest public and commercial bidding platform, an official member of the Prozorro electronic public procurement system.

At Zakupivli.Pro, state authorities, local governments, as well as state and communal enterprises announce tenders, and business representatives submit their offers and participate in bidding.

About the team:

There are three customer service managers in the team. Our clients are participants and organizers of auctions in the Prozorro.Prodazhi system. Our goal is to help everyone on their way to selling, buying or renting property through public and commercial auctions.

What is important for this role:

• experience working with clients on the phone
< li>have experience with Excel and Word
• be responsible and a quick learner

Will be an advantage:

• knowledge of the English language (Intermediate and above)< /li>

Tasks:

• accept incoming and outgoing calls
• process customer requests
• make trading protocols
• process incoming chat requests
