Main duties:

  • invoicing customers for further payment in compliance with corporate standards and the prevention of customer receivables;
  • send to customers the documentation necessary for the sale of goods on the territory of Ukraine (certificates, hygiene reports, etc.);
  • make requests and receive from customers necessary reports for monitoring results;
  • place customer requests for product delivery in the information systems of the customer's respective service transport company for the purpose of timely delivery to trading points;
  • fulfill customer requests regarding assortment, logistics information , availability/absence of products, promotional sets, etc., in order to provide them with quality information support;
  • prepare and hand over a package of documents to the manager of the local warehouse for the shipment of goods to customers;
  • prepare a package of necessary documents for the supply of goods (tax invoices, expense invoices, payment invoices, etc.;
  • register tax invoices in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices in electronic form and receive system confirmation from the tax inspectorate regarding correct registrations, send electronic tax invoices to customers;
  • regular communication with customers regarding orders, shipments, payments, etc.
  • communication with a planning specialist, logistics department, warehouse regarding the availability of goods or the time of arrival of goods at composition;
  • regular interaction with the sales department, marketing department, credit control and other departments.
