Your area of responsibility will include:
- Ensuring an appropriate level of customer service in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures
< li>Accepting and registration in SAP of customer orders for shipment of finished products- Ensuring effective cooperation and proper communication with external and internal customers
- Processing complaints about finished products: cases of shortage, damage, non-delivery and others
- Ensuring support for the import of finished goods and marketing materials (POSM) operations
- Maintenance of document flow and reporting in full compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Ensuring processing payment documents
Who are we looking for? As a professional, you have:
- Higher education
- Experience of working in a rapidly changing commercial environment, desirable experience of working in warehouse logistics
- The level of English is not lower than Upper Intermediate
- The level of Excel is Advanced. Experience in corporate databases, including SAP (preferred)
- Developed analytical skills, able to draw appropriate conclusions and see the big picture
- Tolerance for daily work with document flow
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
