Principal Responsibilities:
- Work in a consultative and supportive manner with ABOs to manage their business needs
- Managing customers’ business needs over the phone
- Processing customers’ requests and updating data in the computer systems
- Receiving and responding to questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments,returns, online platforms, incentives, terms and conditions (by using our knowledge managementresources)
- Generating innovative ideas and solutions that will improve customers satisfaction- Contributing to projects in various departments outside of regular responsibilities
- Assisting other team members to leverage and develop their capabilities
Required Qualifications / Work experience:
- Completed higher education
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Strong communication
- Customer oriented skills, adaptable and flexible person
- Self-starting personality, pro-active and self-motivated
- Good objective setting and analytical skills
- Ability to accurately evaluate documents
- A team player, experienced in working in international teams and cross-functional teams
- Fluent Ukrainian, English – intermediate (preferable)
- At least 1 years of proven working experience in the customer service field
- Ability to work with MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
