Customer Service Representative (Etsy, Amazon) in Prannik S.P., FOP

A company engaged in the production and sale of leather products is looking for a manager to work with customers in international marketplaces in the English-speaking market. Sales are made in Ukraine and around the world, mainly on Amazon and Etsy marketplaces. Main responsibilities: Respond to letters and customer requests from various sales channels (marketplaces and the company's online store); Keep records of customer orders; Add new listings, monitor the relevance of prices for the availability of goods; Prepare tables and order reports. Requirements: Proficiency in English language; Ability to quickly respond to customer letters; Willingness to learn and develop in a new direction; High level of responsibility; Patience and love for customers; Business communication skills; High level of customer orientation and stress resistance. Working conditions: Five-day work schedule: Sat, Sun — weekends.
