will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by effectively responding to their inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring their overall satisfaction. 

  • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally via email or chat, providing accurate and helpful information
  • Efficient and accurate processing of orders, returns and exchanges, following company policies and procedures
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Using our customer service software systems to document and track customer interactions and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Collaboration with relevant departments (Transport, Credit, Sales, Database) to resolve customer issues, escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
  • Proactively identify and inform Account Manager on trends and recurring issues, contributing to continuous improvement in customer service
  • Providing product information and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions

    YOUR FUTURE TEAM 
    Your future team is very friendly and consists of 10 people who love to party, joke and play sports! We work closely with our external partners (carriers and warehouse) and colleagues from other departments (customer service, finance, legal, etc.). You will have the opportunity to improve your current skills and develop new ones. We have many interesting trainings for you! 
    >Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively improve customer service processes

  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools such as SAP systems, EDI, Excel, Power BI, Outlook, Microsoft Teams
  • Skills in conducting complex business negotiations, ability to argue and defend a position in working with clients
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Willingness to work in mule modemultitasking
  • Above average English
