Customer service manager with knowledge of the Polish language in Unitrade Express

We are an electronics seller on the most popular Polish marketplace Allegro. In connection with the development of our company, we are looking for a person with leadership qualities who can establish and lead the direction of customer service - Customer Service Manager with knowledge of the Polish language.

• Create the direction of customer service, by which it is necessary to work 

• Process incoming inquiries (in writing and by phone). in Poland who placed or plan to place an order in the online store

• Outgoing messages or calls to customers in Poland

• Provide assistance in solving customer problems

• Answer questions about the company's products and services

What it takes:

• Ownership in Polish at level B2 - C1 (literate oral and written)

• Customer orientation, desire to help solve the problem and leave the customer satisfied

• Leadership qualities, organization

• Communicability, openness and ease of communication

• Fast typing skill, user level PC proficiency

• Successful experience in customer service preferred, experience mentoring or training colleagues would be a plus
