In connection with the expansion of our services in the countries of Central Europe, we are looking for a highly qualified customer service manager with knowledge of Hungarian, Czech and Slovak languages ​​in our office in Uzhhorod.

Tasks:

- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers from Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia;

- Consulting clients regarding the company's services and products;

- Active search for new potential clients and development of new business contacts;

- Negotiations and conclusion of contracts with clients;

- Market monitoring and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Hungarian, Czech or Slovak (level B2 or higher); - Experience in sales or customer service will be an advantage;

- High communication and negotiation skills;

- Ability to work in a team and achieve set goals;

- Confident command of a computer and MS Office programs.
