Customer service manager with knowledge of a foreign language (DEU, CZ, ITAL, FR, ENG) in Soft Group

In connection with the expansion of the company, we are looking for Account Managers to join our progressive company.

What you need to do:

Advise clients.

• Set up cooperation with our company.
• Refer clients to senior specialists.
• To make reports.
• Maintain the CRM system.

Requirements:

• 
  Fluency in a foreign language (English, German, Italian, Czech, or French).
• Work experience is not required.
• High communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Responsibility and result orientation.
