  • understanding of sales processes and skills in using basic sales tools (crm, IP telephony);
  • skills in selling over the phone, in online and offline meetings;? cold sales skills (the ability to find potential customers, go to the LPR and ensure the expansion of the funnel);
  • experience in sales to medium and large businesses, understanding their purchasing process;
