We are looking for a Manager for working with clients in the product Vchasno.Kasa - software register of settlement operations (PRRO). Allows you to quickly and conveniently issue fiscal checks, in accordance with the requirements of the law. Suitable for both a small entrepreneur and a large business.
What is important for this role:
- understanding of sales processes and skills in using basic sales tools (crm, IP telephony);
- skills in selling over the phone, in online and offline meetings;? cold sales skills (the ability to find potential customers, go to the LPR and ensure the expansion of the funnel);
- experience in sales to medium and large businesses, understanding their purchasing process;
- communication skills, our candidate must be pleasant in communication, clearly express his opinion, defend his point of view;
- focus on the result, the ability to achieve non-standard results ways (cases of successful sales, when at the beginning there was no chance; cases of obtaining LPR contacts in a creative way; cases of retaining a "hopeless" client, etc.);
- be disciplined and organized at work;
- ability to work in a team, we value friendly relations in the team and are always ready to help each other if the need arises.
It will be an advantage:
- experience in B2B sales of SaaS solutions or services of IT companies;
- previous experience of working with Timely services as a user.
Tasks:
- finding and attracting new customers in the medium and large segment business;
- development of the existing portfolio of clients (ensuring growth of income from them);
- working with bases of potential clients (both warm and cold)
- participating in offline conferences (getting to know potential clients offline);
- holding meetings (online or offline at the request of the client);
- closing deals (providing a potential client before payment);
- implementation of planned financial indicators of the project.
Stages of selection:
- acquaintance with the recruiter;
- test assignment;
- interview with the project manager.
