Required skills:

  • fluency in Ukrainian and English (level not lower than B2);

  • sincerity and openness;

  • excellent communication skills/clear articulation;

  • ability to explain complex things in simple words;

  • possession of developed feedback competence;

  • ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;

  • ability to work in a team. 


Your duties:

  • know the company's services flawlessly;

  • present services and provide training to clients;

  • answer customers' questions and help them implement services in their work processes;

  • orientate in all customer support processes (connection, data upload, training and use of services);

  • create educational documentation;

  • provide feedback and communication reports.


Would be an advantage:

  • work experience in sales, retail, IT;

  • skills in creating and conducting presentations;

  • technical, economic education.
