We are looking for a Client Manager to join the User Care Service team. In this position, you will help clients quickly and qualitatively resolve their requests.
What are the tasks facing the Client Manager:
- Telephone consultations: answers incoming and outgoing customer calls and helps in solving their queries regarding the company's products: AUTO.RIA, DIM.RIA, AGRO.RIA and RIA.com.
- Written consultations: processing requests from users in chats and e-mails.
- Service requests: work with the Creatio system and interaction with other teams.
On average, the client-manager receives 80-100 requests per working day.
Now about the expectations for the candidate we are looking for:
- Experience working with clients: telephone consultations or offline interaction.
- Caring approach and empathy: the ability to understand the client's needs and the desire to help.
- Orientation to a high level of service: the ability to provide a high-quality client experience even in complex situations.
Would be an advantage:
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience in customer support or contact center.
About the stages of the interview:
- After selecting your resume - a phone call with the recruiter.
- Interview in online format with the Team Leader and the trainer.
