In connection with the reorganization of our department sales, we are opening a competition for the position of Customer Service Manager (project manager).

Responsibilities:

Timely and high-quality processing of incoming requests, work with database of existing clients (there are no "cold calls" in the sales department), conducting meetings.

Identifying client needs, preparing KP, agreeing and concluding contracts, invoicing in 1C;

Monitoring deadlines production, shipment and installation;

Compliance with company regulations and reporting, CRM management;

Maintenance of partnerships with regular and potential customers;

Implementation of sales plans.< /p> 20 to 30 years old;

Higher education (preferred);

Experience in sales (preferred);

Competent oral and written communication, knowledge of the rules of business etiquette ;

A confident PC user;

Focusing on results and achieving set goals;

Desire to work, develop and earn.

Working conditions:

Working schedule Mon-Fri, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch break;

Official registration (Tuesday – 2 months ( m. Nyvky);

Friendly young team.
