OUR CLIENT: The position in Kyiv is for an international company working in the field of fiduciary services. Previous experience in the field of banking compliance or in the position of Account Manager is an advantage. The position is full-time, permanent, available immediately. .Motivational salary in euros is discussed based on your profile and experience.Location: Kyiv (Olympiyska metro). MAIN DUTIES:- Communication and daily support of the company's customers;- Registration of necessary information in the CRM system (internal ACT system!);- Filling the Clearbooks or Excel accounting system databases with the necessary information in accordance with the established procedures; - Maintaining financial documentation and administrative documents; - Identifying and solving administrative issues internally or at the request of the client; - Working with internal and external inquiries regarding invoices and payments; - Process management invoicing;- Preparation of bank account statements to track account balances;- Cash flow management and support for the smooth execution of day-to-day financial transactions;- Support of cash management functions (KYC procedures, compliance, etc.); The above list of duties is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to perform various tasks within the limits of your knowledge and skills, at the request of the client or the manager within the framework of supporting the business processes of the portfolio of client companies. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: · Bachelor's / Master's degree in economics, international economics, banking, communications with the public, or any related field in the case of previous experience in similar positions; · Previous work experience of at least 1 year; · English - upper intermediate.
