Customer service manager (printing) in PM-Druk, TOV

We are looking for a communicative manager and a confident user of graphic editors to check layouts and prepare for printing. With knowledge of the peculiarities of various types of printing, who knows how and knows how to work effectively with customers. Knowledge of the printing market is preferred.

Requirements:

• Desirable experience in printing
• Knowledge of graphic editors (Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel.)
• Knowledge of pre-press preparation
• Knowledge of vector graphics is a must!
• Ability to organize your work
• Knowledge and understanding of printing technological processes
• No problems with spelling
• Communicability, stress resistance.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with the customer
• Accepting and maintaining orders for the production of printed products (stickers, business cards, booklets, banners, catalogs, brochures, calendars, etc.);< /li>
• Checking the customer's layouts.
• Correction of the customer's layouts, approval.
• Pre-printing of layouts
• Communication with the designer and production, control of the order for all stages
• Control of the availability of consumables.
