Requirements

Necessary knowledge and experience:

• Work experience in in the banking field or in the field of financial customer service from 1 year
• Knowledge of banking products, procedures and service standards, understanding of banking business processes
• Fluency in the state business language
• Good computer skills, knowledge of the latest applied office programs
• Higher education

• Providing professional and friendly service to Premium customers of the bank
• Maintaining relations with existing customers and attracting new ones to the service

• Active sale of banking products, identification of customer needs and recommendation of appropriate solutions
• Opening, closing and maintenance of accounts of private bank customers - credit cards, cash loans, deposit, insurance products and other financial products of the bank < /li>
• Attracting/selling products to customers of the business banking segment: unsecured loans, overdrafts, credit cards, deposit products, insurance products, acquiring, salary projects
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through quality consultations, prompt solving issues or difficult situations, continuous improvement of processes
