Today VIK-A LLC is one of the leaders in the production and sales of professional disinfectants and antiseptics, household and industrial chemicals, hygiene products and other related products (TM Manorm, TM MDM, TM Dast, etc.). We have our own resources for the development and production of the highest quality product for our users - the work in our team is creative and promising.

What will need to be done?

• Process incoming inquiries and conduct cold prospecting with confidence, focusing on sales, customer needs identification and analysis.
• Provide effective support to existing customers, taking care of their needs and satisfaction.
• Lead counterparties on the Rozetka platform for the Makeup category, including working with the assortment, specifications, organizing promotions and updating product cards, ensuring the relevance of information.
• Connecting new online stores
• Deal with documentation , including preparing invoices, concluding contracts, negotiating additional agreements and replenishing billing.
• Responsible for filling content on websites and marketplaces, as well as for their administration, to always ensure that information is current and products are available.

• Preparation of reports and presentations, consolidation of data to ensure effective analysis.
• It is desirable to have skills in working with graphic editors, in particular Photoshop, to create quality content.
• Provide assistance to the manager E-commerce in various types of activities, including administration, content management, optimization of internal business processes, and it is possible to maintain a page in social networks.

Abilities and Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn quickly and process large amounts of information
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs
• Desirable understanding of YML formats and XML for data uploads
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management systems (CRM) and personal accounts on platform platforms, including Rozetka and other platforms.
