• Ensuring quality service and satisfaction of customers of the premium segment;
• Maintenance of a fixed portfolio;
• Attraction to the full range of banking products of customers in the selected segment.

This will require:

• higher economic education;
• experience working in the front office of banks with Affluent/Premium/Private clients (recruitment, cross-selling, ongoing support);
• customer orientation, experience in effective sales of banking products;
• knowledge of the regulatory framework of the NBU within the functional limits;
• focus on the result and an impeccable business reputation.
