We are looking for a motivatedand experienced Customer service manager to join of our team and will contribute to our continued success.
Brief what you will need to do: Support the sales team in performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring efficient and productive sales processes.
Functional duties:
- Documentation and coordination (preparation, review and management of supporting documentation - invoices, contracts and acts; ensuring accuracy and compliance of all documents company policies and legal requirements).

Requirements for the position:< /b>

- From 2x experience, preferably in the field of logistics or transportation.
- Deep knowledge of the logistics market and sales processes.
- High organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office package, preferably 1C 8.
- High interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Attention to details and the ability to solve problems.
- Proficiency in English will be an additional advantage.
