Customer Service Manager (KAM) in SplendidScore Ukraine

Our client is a large international pharmaceutical company, a leader in the market of prescription drugs.
Now the company is looking for a new specialist to join its Ukrainian team for the KAM  position.

Key Activities:

• Secure and coordinate optimal activities with the most important key players
• Provide knowledge, insight, tactical suggestions, training, on a national basis, on how to optimize our efforts in retail market
• Evaluate the potential and develop strategies to realize the potential of the Key Accounts and individual pharmacies
• Ensuring achievement of sales targets, local market targets, profitability, and market share and monitoring of inventory
• Ensuring that sales team have the information necessary - and support to execute the plans
• Providing clear direction on expected product availability from key customers
• Active participation in National and/or Regional meetings and selected marketing meetings
• Suggest and feed into cross functional team activities to leverage area plan of action, on-going projects & customer needs
• Informing internal partners on area business needs, sharing information on on-going projects

Qualifications

• At least 3-year experience in a position of KAM at foreign pharmaceutical company required
• High education, degree in Economics will be an advantage
• Good understanding of commercial principles
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Customer focus
• Very good analytical skills
• Experienced Excel user, experience of working with SAP will be an advantage
