We are currently seeking for ALPS SOUTH UKRAINE, our Ukrainian office a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Kyiv.As a Customer Service manager/ junior sales representative, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction. You will handle incoming inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Additionally, you will assist with order processing, product inquiries, provide product recommendations to customers and preparation of sales report on daily basis.
