Customer service manager, instagram in AnnaKonvert

We invite a manager to the teamin the online store of children's textiles for pregnant women and newborns @Anna.Konvert to work with clients on Instagram.

The vacancy is NOT remote.

Location - Kharkiv, 82 Akademika Boulevard">Work from 9:00 a.m 17:00, after - online communication with clients from home until 22:00.

Responsibilities:

style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal">    •    Consultation on goods for pregnant women and newborns, maternity bags

•  Make additional sales by script

   Ordering in crm

requirements:

Fluency in the Ukrainian language

•    Skill in writing

       Ability to type quickly on the phone  " Attention, responsibility, neatness

Willingness to learn the product and work in a team

Work schedule:

Working days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday

Monday / Wednesday / Friday:

•  Office: 09:00 - 17:00
•  From home: 17:00-22:00 (correspondence and receiving orders)
• Sunday: Fully remote work from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (correspondence and taking orders)

Weekends:
 or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
 or 2 consecutive weekends (by agreement)

Salary: UAH 18,000 + seasonal bonuses

Internship - 2 weeks (paid 50%)
