Customer service manager (individuals and legal entities) in Bank Pivdenniy

We are now looking for a Customer Service Manager (individuals and legal entities).

What you need to do:

• and legal entities;
• opening current card accounts of individuals, including to receive wages;
• analyze the current client base, in order to identify the need for and sell additional products of the Bank;
• attract legal entities to provide comprehensive service to the Bank;
• provide high-quality service to the current and existing client base in accordance with the requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine and the National Institute of Internal Revenue;
• perform the planned indicators of the branch, sale of banking products.

This will require:

• higher education direction;
• experience working in a bank with individuals and preferably with legal entities;
• ability to negotiate with potential clients;
• ability to work with client objections;
• know the regulatory framework of the NBU;
• desire to work and build a career in the bank.
