We invite to our team a Manager/Manager of work with customers of an energy company (incoming line, remote)!

You are waiting for such interesting tasks:

  • Receiving and processing incoming calls from customers.
  • Providing consultations on housing and communal issues.

We would like to see in you the following experience and qualities:

  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
  • Ability to quickly absorb a large amount of information and work with various by types of requests.
  • Sufficient PC skills (office programs, fast typing).

  • Flexible working hours:The line is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, working shift is from 6 hours, two floating weekends per week.
