We are a financial company Credit7. We are currently looking for new colleagues for our Customer Support Service, for two areas: Inbound Line and Telemarketing (warm base only).

• Supporting customers in telephone mode ( incoming calls), determining the client's needs and fixing the results.
• Making phone calls, selling over the phone (working with existing customers);
• Identifying the need, working with objections and an individual approach to each client;
• Consulting clients on the company's product;
• Client management from filling out the application to signing the contract.

It is important for us:

• The desire to work and be a team player.
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• Ability to learn quickly.
< li style="font-weight: 400">Experience in a call center will be an advantage, but we are ready to train.
