Then regarding the responsibilities: Customer support on the phone (incoming calls), determining the customer's needs and fixing the results. Making phone calls, selling over the phone (working with existing customers); Identifying needs, working with objections and an individual approach to every customer; Consulting customers on the company's products ;Management of the client from filling out the application to signing the contract. It is important for us: Willingness to work as a team player. Fluency in the Ukrainian language. Ability to learn quickly.
