MISSION of each SHARK:

• Make calls to customers to clarify the relevance of the order from the online store (further on, the sales manager will work with the customer);
  
  
• Make calls to customers and inform about the arrival of the parcel at the branch of Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta;
  
  
• Work with scripts that are completely written for comfortable work with customers;
  
  
• Fill out questionnaires for customers who want to place an online order;
