What you will do:- Interact with clients from different countries (Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Czech Republic) via phone, e-mail and online communication channels;- Understand the needs of customers and provide professional advice on the company's products and services;- Solve customer requests and problems through effective communication and cooperation with internal department specialists;- To maintain long-term relationships with customers and actively work to increase the level of customer satisfaction. Necessary experience: - Fluency in one of the following languages: German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Czech at a conversational level; - Experience in customer service or sales will be an advantage; - Ability to effectively communicate and solve problems; - High level of self-organization and ability to work in a team; - Ability to work with a computer and use various online tools.
