Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in Favorit Avto Vinnicya, TOV, TD

Hello! We are Favorite Auto Vinnytsia, the official Renault dealer in the Vinnytsia region, and for more than 10 years we have been helping our customers find the perfect car, taking care of service, comfort and reliability. We are proud of our team's achievements, and we are currently looking for a CRM manager who will help us become even closer to our customers.

What tasks await you:

• Control the quality of customer service at all stages of interaction with the company.
• Support and development of the customer base is both high-quality management of the CRM system and constant interaction with our customers.
• Organization and control of communication processes: reminders, newsletters, satisfaction surveys, personal offers.
• Analysis and segmentation of the client base to increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Participation in the development of loyalty programs and promotions that really work for our customers.
• Preparation of reports on indicators of client activity, assistance to the sales and service team.
• Identifying customer needs and promptly transferring them to the appropriate departments of the company.
• Implementation of new ideas to improve the customer experience.

We expect you to:

• You have a higher education (preferably in the field of marketing, management, economics or related specialties).
• Already worked/worked with CRM systems for at least 1 year (experience in the automotive business would be an advantage, but not mandatory).
• You easily find a common language with people, you know how to listen carefully and find an individual approach.
• Attentive to details, responsible when working with data.
• You have basic analytical skills and are ready to learn new things.
• Ready to participate in the development of our team, share ideas and participate in the creation of unique customer service.
