For our client, a company specializing in the installation of video surveillance systems, access control, intercom systems, as well as the laying of Internet networks and the provision of Internet provider services, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager (CRM) to work in the office in Ivano-Frankivsk.

Necessary skills:
• Experience working with customers (call center, service support, administrator, customer service manager) from 1 year.
• Experience working with CRM systems (experience in telecom, Internet providers or security systems companies will be an advantage).
• Competent oral and written Ukrainian language, clear diction.
• Confident use of a PC (MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets), readiness to learn new programs quickly.
• Customer orientation, politeness, ability to work with objections and difficult situations.
• Attention to details, responsibility, ability to work with a large amount of information.
• Desire to develop in the direction of customer service and work with CRM.

Responsibilities:
• Receiving incoming calls from customers (internet, video surveillance, intercom systems, access control).
• Consulting customers regarding services, tariffs, connection conditions and technical capabilities.
• Registering requests in the CRM system, setting tasks for technical specialists and monitoring their execution.
• Maintaining and updating the customer base in CRM: customer cards, history of requests, statuses of applications.
• Coordination of visits of craftsmen to customers, coordination of time, recording of the results of completed work in CRM.
• Processing of requests for connection/disconnection of services, changes in tariffs, transfer of equipment, etc.
• Quality control of customer service, collection of feedback and transfer of suggestions for improving the service to the manager.
• Preparation of basic reports regarding applications, workload and application statuses.

• Work schedule: Mon–Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the possibility of 1–2 days of remote work per month.
