We are currently looking for a Customer support representative If you: competently conduct correspondence in Ukrainian (will be a test task); able to cope with a heavy workload in multitasking conditions; an experienced PC user; you have fast typing (from 200 characters/minute); you have equipment for comfortable work (PC/laptop Windows 10/11, RAM from 8GB, good internet). And at the same time, you are ready: to advise customers about the product in the online chat (in Ukrainian); help customers in working with the site (provide technical support); solve customer problems within the product ecosystem; build long-term relationships with customers; provide customers with up-to-date information about the available offers/promotions of the ecosystem. our ecosystem, in turn, will make sure that you receive: constant support and help at all stages of work; convenient work schedule (2/2, 12 hours each, night shifts are present); payment of labor without delays: rate + bonus part; remote work; constant training with the support of our experienced trainers; vacation and sick leave at the expense of the ecosystem.
