Account Manager (Cambridge Center) in Grade Education Centre

We are looking for managers immediately in three departments of the educational center. We choose the direction of work together after communication - depending on your experience and interests.

Directions of work:

1. Department of work with corporate clients (B2B)

Working with companies: consultations, selection of training programs, negotiations, contracts, customer support.

2. Student Support Department

Support of current students, communication with clients, organizational and administrative issues.

3. Department of work with new clients

Processing of incoming requests, consultations on courses, selection of programs, client support before the start of training.

Our expectations:

• higher education (philology / translation preferred)
• experience working with clients or in sales from 1 year
• knowledge of the English language:
  • B2-B2+ - for B2B and work with new clients
  • B1 — for the support department
• literate Ukrainian, confident user of Word and Excel
• communication, attentiveness, responsibility

Work schedule:

Department of student support and work with new clients

• Shift schedule
• 5 working days per week, 9 hours with lunch
• Shifts: 09:00-18:00 or 11:30-20:30
• 2 floating weekends
• On average 2 working Saturdays and 1 Sunday per month
• Schedule is formed in advance

Department for work with corporate clients (B2B)

• Fixed schedule 5/2
• Mon-Fri, 10:00-19:00
• Weekends: Saturday and Sunday
