Customer service manager, call center operator (incoming line, remote) in Datagrup Volia

We are Datagroup, a leading national operator in the market of telecommunications services. And we are looking for you, the ideal specialist to whom we can trust our clients!

Duties:

• You will help clients of a leading gas supply company. Incoming line (NOT sales)
• It is necessary to receive incoming calls from service consumers upon request and enter meter readings
• Provide concise information on service consumer requests
• Work in the system CRM

Working conditions:

• Official employment
• Work in the office or remotely, while keeping the relevant requirements: having your own PC/laptop with Windows 10 or 11 and a headset, stable power supply and internet (not mobile), no extraneous noises in the room and high-quality performance of duties.
• Rate — hourly payment and bonuses for compliance with indicators. The average salary is UAH 10,000 after tax.
• Working schedule: 5/2. Weekend floating. Hours of operation are Mon.-Fri. 8:00 a.m.—7:00 p.m., Sat./Sun. 9:00—19:00. The schedule depends on the load and requests from service users.
• We help, train (3-5 days), support.
