The company "PREMIER-REKLAMA, LLC" is a leading provider of advertising services in the city of Kyiv. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a Customer Service Manager, call center operator with knowledge of French or Spanish to join our team.

What you will do:

- Conducting consultations with clients by phone and e-mail;

- Maintaining relations with clients;

- Processing incoming and outgoing calls;

- Maintaining a client database.

Required experience:

- Fluency in French or Spanish (Intermediate level and above); - Experience working in a call center or a similar position is welcome;

- High sociability and the ability to quickly find a common language with clients;

- Responsibility and organization.
