We are looking for an experienced Key account manager who will be responsible for establishing, finding, concluding agreements and managing important relationships with clients of the sales department in Ukraine. Duties: Optimize customer support from the beginning to the end of the purchase process. Ensure clear communication and promptly answer questions clients. Proactively manage quality lead flow by strategically developing relationships with potential clients. Implement retention strategies to maintain and grow relationships with key clients. Use effective negotiation skills and deep product knowledge to close deals successfully. Provide insights and feedback from interactions customers to improve the product and marketing strategy. About you: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. The level of English is not lower than intermediate. Experience in effective management of key customers. The ability to analyze data to make informed decisions. High negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly respond to customer questions and needs. Ability to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and development.
