Customer service manager at the training center in Languages and S., Navchalniy Centr

Requirements:

• A confident PC user.
• Language - without speech defects, good diction.
• Literacy of written and spoken communication.
• Attention to details, responsibility, punctuality, diligence.
• Dress code: - white business style blouse/shirt; — dark bottom — trousers/skirt of a business style.
• Good communication skills

Duties:

• creating student payment lists;
• calling students to inform them about the term of subscription extension, working out objections;
• making and sending the schedule classes;
• other office errands (on a case-by-case basis).

Working conditions:

• Work at the Training Center, city center — str. Mykhailivska, 20.
• Working schedule: 5 days a week, 8 hours working day: Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat, 08.00-17.00, 09.00-18.00 or 11.15-20.15.
• ATTENTION: Mon-Fri (or Tue-Sat - according to the fixed work schedule) are always working, regardless of holidays (except December 25 and January 1 are weekends, and December 24 and December 31 are short days).
• Study/internship: 5 working days are unpaid (3-5 hours per day).
• Salary: UAH 25,000: the first 2-4 months (depending on how quickly the specialist enters the course) — UAH 20,000, thereafter — UAH 25,000 UAH Loyalty program allowances, bonuses, regular salary review.
• Full-time employment for long-term cooperation.
